Vacuum ovens

Be Scientific provides a selection of laboratory vacuum ovens suitable for a variety of applications, including baking, curing, drying, embedding, extracting, sterilising, and lifecycle testing of non-flammable, heat-sensitive, easily decomposing, or highly oxidisable materials in a vacuum environment. By reducing the boiling point and drying temperature of the samples, these ovens help conserve energy and minimise environmental impact.

The ovens are available in five different models, offering capacities of 24L, 53L, 91L, 125L, and 216L. They feature a temperature range from ambient +10°C to 200°C, with a large LCD controller displaying all parameters on one screen. The P.I.D temperature controller ensures accurate and reliable temperature control. Additionally, the ovens are programmable, allowing users to save up to 7 programmes with 9 segments each.

Key features include a solenoid valve to control vacuum pressure and a gas valve to purge the chamber with inert gases. The large observation window with LED light enhances sample viewing. The 125L and 216L capacity units incorporate individual shelf heating technology, reducing heat-up times and providing excellent temperature uniformity while lowering power consumption. The stainless steel-lined chamber ensures durability and easy cleaning. A USB port for data recording is available as an optional extra.
